Survey Campaign

I have setup a Survey campaign and it works.

I want to be able to send calls from it to an Inbound Group, I have agents in another campaign that are already sat in Inbound that could handle these calls.

What would be the best way to achieve this?

I believe the AGENT manual will have the best description but here is a quick and dirty rundown.

1. Create a 2nd InGroup that will be your transfer group ( X) .
2. On the campaign you want to transfer calls to campaign detail set "Allow inbound and closers" to "Y" and submit. We call Campaign ( A )
3. Go back to campaign (A) detail and towards the bottom you will see an area call "Allowed Inbound Groups". Check the box of the new ingroup ( X )you created for the internal transfer.
4. Campaign ( B ) will be the campaign you send calls from. Goto campaign detail and towards the bottom you will see "Allowed Transfer Groups" and check the box of the new ingroup ( X ) for internal transfer
5. ensure the agents that log into campaign ( A ) select the new ingroup ( X ) when they log in to the campaign
6. Agent ins campaign ( B ) should have the option to transfer to closer ( X ) when clicking the transfer options on the main Vicidial agent screen.
