Dear mflorell ,

I have the vicidial manager manual (paid version high resolution) for 2.2.1 but still i donot get enough information regarding the details of each field and values in the vicidial reports.Is there any data or document to ubnderstand and master the reporting concepts in vicidial.

Yeah it should probably be in the manual too
