two queues in one in-groups

Hi All,
I configured simple in-groups with 5 agents. Agent-1 and Agent-2 have priority 5. Other agent have priority 0.
I used parameter Next Agent Call:inbound_group_rank.
If Agent-1 and Agent-2 are busy, I want to use another strategy for other agents (ring_all)? How I can implement this?

Create a second in-group and set drop call seconds to the time you want to allow agents1&2 to have the opportunity to answer. After their time is up, the call will drop to the 2nd ingroup which can have a whole new set of rules.
