RealTime Report status for Remote agents

VERSION: 2.8-410a
BUILD: 130824-2319

1. Inbound campaign
2. DID (8881234567) is routed to Ingroup "INGROUPA"
3. INGROUP > Next Agent Call: ring_all
4. CAMPAIGN "INBOUNDCAMP" is set to Allow INbound and Blended, and Selected Allowed Inbound Groups: INGrOUPA
5. A remote agent (101)is login to: INBOUNDCAMP
6. 101 remote agent setup is, On-Hook Agent> Y, On-Hook Ring Time: 40, Status>ACTIVE, Inbound GROUPS: INGROUPA, # of Lines:1, External Extension: (local extension) 101
7. I will call 8881234567 and I will hear the "your call is important to use please wait......"
8. In the realtime screen I can see color orange I think status or agent phone ringing..
9. Xlite on agent station is ringing
10. The call will not be answered by the agent and customer hungs-up the call.
11. Problem: I can still see on the Real Time report that remote agent 101 status is ringing even though no one is calling.

Actually, I've noticed that on a couple servers, but I do not remember if that bug was squished in later versions or not. You should check it after upgrading to the latest SVN (or check it on a virtual install with the latest if you don't want to alter your live system). If you can reproduce it reliably in the latest SVN, post it in the Issue Tracker and post a link back here.
