Installed from scratch but can´t call extensions

I have just followed the scratch install instructions

but when I try to call from one extension to another it doesn´t work.

Is this behaviour OK?
I have tested SIP extensions and trunks and they register fine

You must give more information, there are a lot of posibilities for your problem

LINUX DISTRO?
KERNEL?
ASTERISK VERSION?
ETC, ETC.

when you followed the Scartch instalation

after asterisk installation, you can create account can call each other.

you have mentioned that, phones registered

what phones are you using ?
what is the codec you are using both the sides ?

post you sip.conf and extension.conf

and asterisk CLI output when you dialing other extension to give you better advice
