inbound voicemail after agi-VDADcloser

Hello Matt,
Is there any way to do Playback command after executing agi-VDADcloser_inbound? so that it will play that the office hours is only etc. etc..

You could just use the Playback command in the dialplan before the AGI script is called. You can program different behavour for different times of the day using the dialplan.

what i mean is.. ive been planning to put the playback that will have an option like for example when there is no agent found, there will be an option to go to voicemail or it will forward to another number or accounts.
inbound --> agi-VDADinbound -1-> voicemail
-2-> wish to go directly to other number --> voicemail

yes.. here is the sample:

(1) - AFTER / NON OFFICE HOURS
Thank you for calling Campaign Inbound.
Unfortunately its after office hours, please call again during. Mon – Fri. 10am to 7pm E.S.T.
The number again is 1 - 800 – XXX – XXXX. and that is Mon – Fri. 10am to 7pm E.S.T.
Please leave a message after the beeping sound.
Thank you and have a wonderful day! ( Beep ). . . . . . . . . .
INBOUND NOTIFICATION
(2) - DURING OFFICE HOURS
Thank you for calling Campaign Inbound. Our office hours are Mon - Fri. 10am - 7pm E.S.T... Please stay on the line while we connect you.
( Every 15 seconds - Voice Prompt ) - please stay on the line - ( 3 times )
1st - after 15 sec - please stay on the line
2nd - after 30sec - please stay on the line
3rd - after 45 sec - please stay on the line
After 60 seconds - (Voice Prompt)- Please press 1 for a live person (which will directly transfer to another number)- Please press 2 to leave a message
( If customer presses 2 ) - please leave a message after the beep. . . . .
anyway my only problem is after agi-VDADinbound... thanks..

Just set the DROP message for that in-group to go to an extension that has the IVR or context for (press 1 for X and 2 for Y).
