Does VICIDIAL show lead information of outgoing calls?

I saw this image and I was wondering if it is only for incoming
calls or if it also work with outgoing.

VICIDIAL will pull any information you have supplied with that phone number via the database. It is laid out so you may include Names/Address/etc along with the phone number so that once connected on outgoing campaigns it will populate that information as well.
If you do not supply this information in the outgoing list then it will not show up, however you can input that information directly from the vicidial interface while in the call with the customer.
