Listen/Barge Problem

HI guys recently i have issue with Barge on a new install system, when i click listen and abrge on teh realtime screen view it wont dial my registered phone ext. on softphones. and i see this on logs with asterisk:
Any idea on this guys why it say circuit busy somehow..Thanks

Any idea on this guys why it say circuit busy somehow..Thanks
