Enabling Queuemetrics Logging

I'm facing an issue with incoming calls routing to DID 7000 only when enabling "queuemtrics logging" from the system settings , cli error is "call from XXX to extension 'ip address' rejected because extension not found in context 'trunkinbound', but when disabling the option the DID works just fine and calls are routed to the connected call menu. what could be the reason as i need to enable queuemetrics reporting ?
