Available Only Tally Threshold

Hi
I've recently noticed, that Available Only Tally Threshold option when enabled counts agents not on per-campaign basis (no matter on what phone server they are), but on per-sever basis. Here is a piece of my campaign debug page:

Code: Select all
X.X.X.30 Debug:     2013-11-21 08:59:10
   !! AVAILABLE ONLY TALLY THRESHOLD triggered for LOGGED-IN_AGENTS: (5 > 4)
ROUTE72 X.X.X.30: agents: 0 (READY: 0)    dial_level: 5     (0|0|1)   0
ROUTE72 X.X.X.30: Calls to place: 0 (0 - 0 [0 + 0|0|0]) 9
CAMPAIGN DIFFERENTIAL: 5.65   0.6   (0.75 - 0.15)
LOCAL TRUNK SHORTAGE: 0|0  (9 - 300)

X.X.X.33 Debug:     2013-11-21 08:52:32
   !! AVAILABLE ONLY TALLY THRESHOLD triggered for LOGGED-IN_AGENTS: (5 > 1)
ROUTE72 X.X.X.33: agents: 0 (READY: 0)    dial_level: 5     (0|1|0)   0
ROUTE72 X.X.X.33: Calls to place: 0 (1 - 1 [0 + 1|0|0]) 1
CAMPAIGN DIFFERENTIAL: 5   0.3   (0.7 - 0.4)
LOCAL TRUNK SHORTAGE: 0|0  (1 - 300)

Where is the logic or am I wrong?
I can have 30 agents on one server and 4 agents on another logged in to the same campaign and that another server will dial with available only tally set to Y? I suggest this should be calculated on total agents logged in to the campaign, when using campaign routing extension sending to any phone server within the cluster.

There are issues with doing what you suggest, and it's part of why we created the phone login load balancing grouping options, to group together agents on the same campaign on the same server even though they are on a multi-server cluster.
