how do I find the park call (Hold time) report?

Is there a per agent park call (hold time) report available?

There is no overall report for that. The information is stored in the database though. You can see it on a per agent basis on the agents stats page (Inbound/closer calls for this time period has a 'wait' column). But unless you are looking at the AGENTDIRECT in-group I don't see how this can be useful information.

i think i solved my own question.

Reports > Agent Time Detail > enable "Show Parks-Holds"
