i am getting this error while starting asterisk
WARNING[3706]: chan_mgcp.c:4190 reload_config: Unable to get our IP address, MGCP disabled

meanwhile manual calls are going fine but in pridectative dialing is agent are getting calls very late

astguiclient_2.0.1
kernal 2.6.9-42.0.8.EL
centos 4.4

Can you post some Asterisk CLI output of cals being dialed for outbound?

I would recommend upgrading to astguiclient 2.0.2.

what is your load average? Can you please to call without first login to the vicidial if you still getiing the call very late.
