dialing load balancing

Hi,

i am having a issue where i have 3 clusters just dialing i have setup a max channel on each one at 175 channels and load balancing is set to yes. for some reason dialer 2 and 3 load is at 75% and dialer 1 is at 7%. any idea why the load is not spread across evenly? i have 15 ppl dialing 30 channels per agent on survey. the channel count should be reaching 450 but it does not always stays between 300 and 350. we have enought channels to reach 450 but for some reason it is not balancing the load on all 3 instead caps 2 and 1 is at 10%

anyone also getting choppy calls at 175 channels? even 165 channels.

when lowered to 150 channels to trunk the voice quality became better .... is 150 channels the max vicidial can handle on a single dialing nod?
