Hi,
We have agents that are assigned to multiple ingroups and then we also have outbound predictive and manual blended campaigns that they log into. It seems from reading the manual that I should be able to select the ingroups per campaign (which is done) and it will restrict them to only receiving calls from those ingroups while logged into that campaign.
Example:
Ingroups setup: INGROUP_A and INGROUP_B
Campaigns: CAMPAIGN_A (Which has INGROUP_A assigned) and CAMPAIGN_B (which has INGROUP_B assigned)
We are experiencing that it doesn't matter which campaign the agent is logged into, they will still get calls from all of their assigned ingroups on their user settings.
On their user settings, we have agent choose ingroup and agent choose blended both set to "0" so they are forced into the ingroup without them choosing.
We need to be able to restrict the inbound calls they receive to only the ingroups that are assigned to the specific campaign they are logged into.
Any advise is MUCH appreciated! Thanks

I would recommend an upgrade to the latest revision level. We've not had any client complaints on this topic in a while, and we have no clients using 2.6 (2.4, 2.7 and SVN, but no one on 2.6).
Even if all you do is install in a virtual machine and test the scenarios, that would be helpful.
Have you customized your system at all? (which often causes oddities like this ...)

I have reproduced this issue today on my 2.8 cluster (SVN r2051). Allowed ingroup selection isn't being honoured.
