When on a call placed from vicidial, agents are not able to send dtmf correctly. When dialing manually when logged off of vicidial it works just fine. I had the agent also try to use the send dtmf window and button from the vicidial.php screen. same result.
any help would be appreciated.

What kind of trunks are you using?
If SIP trunks, what is the account's dtmf sending mode set to by the provider?
