Agent Shows Huge Call numbers in Live Report

Hi.
Vicidial OS Version: Vicibox 4.0.3
Installation type : Standard
Vicidial version: VERSION: 2.8-421a BUILD: 140108-0752
No: of agents: 40
Dial Type: Ratio
Ratio : 1.5
PRI : 120 channels E1 PRI
We have been facing Agent No Live Calls Waiting issue at one location. Previously we had a Quad Core with 8 GB RAM and faced the below mentioned problem. So we have Installed a new server with AMD FX 8350 8 Core, 16 GB ram, 500 GB hdd with the same version and method mentioned above.
The dialer works perfectly for one hour and it stops dialing. Manual Dial Works Perfectly. After restarting MYSQL, Dialer Starts dialing again.
We noted today that 2 users calls handled were shown as 400 in Real Time Report where actually they had received only 25 calls from the dialer.
please help us short this issue..
