SoftPhone HANGUP, wen agent Clicks HANG UP Button frm GUI

Postby urmi.l » Tue Jan 21, 2014 3:07 am

Hello,

VERSION: 2.4-364a | Asterisk 1.4.44 | Single Server | No Extra Software After Installation | 1 PRI sangoma card | CentOS release 5.5

When I do manual calling, it works fine. But the SoftPhone HANGS up when Agent Clicks on HANG UP from agent screen.

I observed that the MeetMeAdmin("Local/55558600051@default-1e27,2", "8600051|K") executes on clicking on logout button of the agent screen. Then why the softphone gets hangup ?

Re: SoftPhone HANGUP, wen agent Clicks HANG UP Button frm GU

Postby williamconley » Sat Feb 01, 2014 11:40 pm

Never had this problem myself. Consider testing with a SIP carrier for the customer phone (just a test to see if this issue is possibly related to your carrier method).

Also look here: http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... hp?t=20243

Please also report the type of agent phone (on-hook?) ... and the screen being used. If you are using the goautodial screens, try the stock vicibox screen for the agent instead. It's on the server, they just don't give you a link to it from the normal documentation. It'll likely be in /agc/vicidial.php
