Ring_all behaviour when agent picks up

Hi,

We have setup an inbound project where we have configured an ingroup to use the ring_all method with on hook agents. What we have noticed is that once one of the agents picks up, the other phones still ring two times. How can we make the other phones stop ringing immediately or at least faster when the first agent picks up?

As far as I know, there is no way to modify this behavior.

Have a look at the dial command that causes the multiple rings. Duplicate it in asterisk (not related to Vicidial any more ...). Now see if you can alter the behavior. If you can't, neither can Vicidial. If you CAN ... we may be able to work it out .... :)
