What is the purpose of the monitorDONE/ORIG/ folder? An assumption is that this is where calls go after the in and out streams have been mixed, but just before mp3 conversion?
I am asking because I am some files in this folder seem to lag behind. My recording file name uses this convention:
FULLDATE_CUSTPHONE_AGENT_CAMPAIGN_VENDORLEADCODE
20140129-141118_08000006003_3000_1005_20800007-all.wav
and from the full date there are a couple recordings from each day since the system went live that stay in the folder. Below are som eexamples. The numbers have been scrambled, but I have not touched the "punctuation".
- Code: Select all
20131021-152340_0790690000 _3902_1003_19224575-all.wav

The leads without a vendor lead code are manual dials. But there are spaces, brackets and gaps.
Two Questions:
i) Will the gaps and extra characters affect the conversion to mp3 and the linking of the recording to a lead and call for reporting?
ii) Where are the gaps and characters coming from? The one call where the comment was logged as the customer phone, that call connected and was recorded, so the number was uploaded correctly. I can't trace it because I don't have the number, leadID or vendor lead code...
Thanks for your time and any replies!
Regards,
Rudolf
PS: I am trouble shooting lost recordings and a SQL server that allowed to little connections. The SQL should now be sorted, but I still want to try understand the process and where the arb characters come from.
