Ingroup and lead search issue

Hello, i am not sure if this is actually a bug o just a missing feature, actually there are two issues:
1) INGROUPS:
I always like to use Agent Choose Ingroups: 0 and pre-select the inbound groups for each user, so they don't have to select on the green screen when login.
The problem is, i have agents that login into different campaigns with different allowed ingroups.
If my Agent1 logs into the campaignA he will be able to get Calls from INGROUPA, INGROUPB and INGROUPC even when these ingroups are not selected under CampaignA
This is really an inconvenient because i have agents getting calls that shouldn't get when they are logged into some specific campaign.
2) Lead Search
My supervisors are able to search leads from their campaigns and download the recording, this is working fine, but only with outbound calls, the inbound calls are not shown at least ALLOW ALL CAMPAIGN is set under the User Group.
This is the error message we have:
The search variables you entered are not active in the system
Please go back and double check the information you entered and submit again
This only happens with inbound calls, and i think this should be because under the User Group i only allow some specific campaign and under the leads the campaign is named as their inbound group
Is this a know bug? Maybe there is a setting i have to wrong? or this should go under feature request?
