Inbound Calls Issue

Is there any way to have a phone will automatically ring if there's an incoming calls?
coz what i had observed in vicidial web agent gui it really needs to click the "take place a call" or "take a call" so that u can hear the customer.

Yes send the inbound DID to the Phone context and the phone you pick will ring.

what I want is whenever an incoming calls ..it will automatically ring the phone those available next agents..

Well than send your DID to an ingroup, have your agents login to the ingroup and the calls will go to the next available agent.. Wont ring but agent weill hear a prompt and the customer will be online.

1) Agents can log in to ingroup and press "resume". Calls will be automatically sent to the agent without the need to answer the call if the agent is using a phone that is NOT an "on-hook" phone.
2) Remote Agents or logged in agents with on-hook phones can set auto-answer on their phones (older x-lite phones and 3CX have this feature). No button to press, just talk to the client upon arrival.
