Post your dialplan entry in use. It does not seem likely that you are trying to dial a 12 digit number that starts with "90". Much more likely that you are dialing an 11 digit number starting with "0". Which means the "9" should have been stripped off by your carrier dialplan entry.

This is handled via "EXTEN:1" in the dial command configuration instead of "EXTEN" (the :1 strips off the first digit). Usually that "9" is used to choose the carrier, and then discarded as having served its purpose. The dial prefix in the campaign is then set to "9" to make this carrier choice. Of course, you could probably change the Campaign Dial Prefix to "X" instead of "9" and that would never put the 9 in front of the number in the first place, so no need to remove it later.

Happy Hunting! 8-)

It would be very useful (well, probably) to the next person with your problem if you detailed what the problem was and how the carrier fixed it. Also if you "found out" by some method in Vicidial or a Log or whether you just called the carrier.
