Outbound Dialing Issue

Dears,

we are just new in setting up the VICIDial and our outbound call is not working. everytime we dial a number it say invalid extension.
when we trace the issue the default code 1 is still ther even we create ad Dialplan Entry.

can you please assist us. thanks

exten => _0NXXXXXXX,3,Hangup
