Call Recordings

Support,

Question: Our clients are complaining about bad line, but when we listen to the recordings it is clear. Can someone explain this?

it has something to do with your voip or internet connection. check the connection using mtr going to your VOIP server

thank you. can you give me a reason why it is clear on the recording? isn't it supposed to be garbled or choppy also on the recordings?

Well i would have to say you are on to something.. If the audio from both parties is clear on the recording I would say its impossible for the audio to be garbled in the live call the recording is the live audio the clear recording had to come from a clear phone call..
