Version 2.8 | SVN 2020

On manual dialling ViciDial doesn't verify the manual dialled number against the DNC? Is this normal behaviour.

There is a check-box to search for existing lead information - surely if a number can be verified against the entire list, it can/should be verified against the DNC as well?

There are per campaign settings for both of these things. Check how you have 'Manual Dial Filter' and 'Agent Lead Search Method' setup. You'll probably want Manual Dial Filter = DNC_ONLY (or DNC_AND_CAMPLISTS_ALL) to have it work how you want.

When I couldn't find any manual dial DNC settings by the normal campaign DNC settings I assumed that there where no such settings.
