Hi
We can't seem to hear any outbound dial tone, so are not able to tell if the recipient has answered the call or not.
We need to somehow fix it so we can tell when someone answers the call at the other end.

HI Laid99,
Please post your vicidial version, installation method and cluster setup.
Please also tell me whether this is a new problem on a previously working cluster or is this a new cluster?
How are you connecting to the outside world - SIP or PRI? Who is your telco provider?
Can you post your carrier config (scrubbing usernames and passwords of course)?
What codec is your carrier expecting? What are you sending?
Regards,
Rudolf

Rudolf
I do not have administrative access we are sharing this on a hosted solution.
It may be better I think for us to install the latest version on our server.
The only problem then is that we will need to find a telco/carrier for calls can you point me in the right direction for this.
Our calls are all within UK

HI Laid999,
Apologies for the late reply.
I am based in South Africa - I cannot recommend a decent ITSP in the UK. Good luck!
