Hi,

i've just finish to install and configure a demo vcdia server for our new Service Desk improvemet.

I've try with only 5 agents and 3 campaigns and all works very well, i need only a important things.

I've already set the italian menu but i need to set the inbound sounds (for example the message when alla agents are busy) in italian. The Service desk will be for all our clien in all our contry and the voice shoul be in italian. Where can i downlod the package?

i do not believe there are language sound files available. i could be wrong. but if YOU make all the sounds in italian, it would be good to upload them to the issue tracker, perhaps they will begin dispensing the sounds with the rest of the language pack/mods

Tnx for reply, i vve install the italian sound pack for asterisk but i Need for vicidial. Do you think that i must record by myself the campaign sound files?

I don't do a lot of language installs. Since no one else has chimed in, it appears likely that you'll need to do so.
