Agents are always complaining about line issues. i already tried 2 ISPs wiht 2mb up and down least line, we barely hit 600kb/s on our monitoring (mrtg). The issue is the agent can hear the clients clearly but the clients are complaining that they cannot hear them clearly, vice versa. When I do mtr to our DID providers everything is ok, zero packets loss. When they do callback (manual) everything is ok.
Full recording, standalone server, agents using ulaw because they are local, g729 on my carriers. Please advice.
