Ping sound warning on calls took

Vicidial version:2.8-424a
Server OS: OpenSuSE v.12.3 32-bit w/ PAE and 64-bi
Proccessor:Xeon Quad Core
Asterisk version: 1.4.44
Installed from ViciBox 4.0.3 with some modification afterwards (Asterisk moved to version 1.4.44)

Hi, agents in the office are complaining that the ping sound they here as a warning when client takes the call is not loud enough.
I know this is kind of an "of-bit" issue as they should pay attention anyway, but still would like to know is there a way to make this sound louder in the settings or do i have to change the sound file.

changing the sound file is the only way. beware: it will also get louder for your prospects and they may not be as "unaware" at that moment (having just received a call). We have a sponsor for an "Agent Only" version of this sound (which would then be able to be ear-piercing if you want), but they did not pay for "Fast" and may not pay the extra for us to submit DIFFs (although they said they would ... so we'll see).

Thank you, yep, i guess it is best to leave it as it is for the time being...
