Good day! Can someone help me out this
error
call rejected congestion cause 34 - No circuit channel available sip 503 no route

when i dial directly to softphones like dial prefix + country code + no. it goes through,, but when i login to campaign.. calls are congested i dont what happen..

post the asterisk cli for one sucessful call and unsucessfull call.

also the carrier settings.

concur. you posted what happened to terminate the call. the reason for it would have been all the stuff Before that death notice. if you post a "good" and a "bad" CLI example, we're much more likely to be able to tell you why one works and one doesn't.

you could also ask the carrier, and they will probably say you dailed a number that does not exist (not that the number isn't assigned, but that it has the wrong number of digits or a bad country code or some such).

Just taking a stab in the dark here...
Check that you are sending a valid caller id (set in your campaign). I've seen many providers blocking calls because the caller id was invalid.

check your voice provider since the call went through also do a check if the campaign has callerid on it
