I have good news and bad news:
1) The good news is that this is easy to fix.
2) The bad news is that you're wrong, you have entered the wrong password for the phone OR you have tried to use an inactive phone. 99% of the time, it's that you have attempted to enter the USER and the USER's password instead of the PHONE and PHONE password. This happens with most clients at one point or another. Remember that the PHONE information is to be entered on the first screen, and the USER information goes on the second screen.
If you doubt my analysis, change them both to something you don't mind posting (like testuser with a pass of testuserpass) and then post the name of the FIELD for each of the values used. I suspect you'll find your problem and skip posting the "oops". Don't feel bad, it happens to me, too, once or twice a year. And I'm POSITIVE I used the right one. Close the window. Do it over carefully.

Think of it this way: Vicidial is designed as a "hot seat" call center system. Agents can sit ANYWHERE from day to day. Vicidial will still track them properly for statistics and access purposes. But for this to work, the FIRST thing Vicidial needs to know is WHERE you are. Before it even knows who you are. Some people don't actually register that the first screen was for the Phone credentials and ... well, the rest just happens after that page is gone.
