SCHEDULED CALLBACK NOT WORKING

Hi,
I have a campaign with a manual dial set-up.I have a problem on scheduled call back it seems that it is not working on my vicidial, I ave set the campaign setting schedule callback to YES and in user setting schedule callback and agent only callback are set to 1 but it seems that it is not working.cant find CALLBK in the disposition as i hangup the call. Is there any configuration setting i missed out or lacking?
