permission admin

i am login in the vicidial with the admin user and password. my admin permission level is 9. but when i add compaign its says you do not have permission to view this page. and when i add carrier its says you donot have permission to view this page

Edit the User - admin
and go to admin interface options and select 1 for the fields/sections you want permissions.
Post some detials like
what you have installed, goautodial or vicidialnow or vicibox
vicidial version

sir i have select level one. after that it cannot login , why, he says passwd is wrong.. vicidialnow
