In list page STATUS WITHIN THIS LIST it is showing

NEW NEW LEAD called --518 Not called--820

what does this means.Shall I've to recycle the leads new leads

that means that you have dialed 518 of the NEW(status) leads and have not dialed 820 of the NEW(status) leads.

If the system shows that many NEW leads as dialed, then you probably either have a lot of invalid numbers or something is not configured properly.
