Eye Beam - VICI communication error

Hi Everyone,

Am new to this VICI Dial..please help me with a set of configuration.....I am facing issues with predictive dialer and also a communication error between Eye Beam and VICIdial....Please let me know incase any logs or screenshots are required....I have got the configuration part done but the two softwares are not communicating.....


Please revert with a details and any professional consultation would be appreciated...

looks like its a networking issue try checking the connectivity between the workstation and the server

post the asterisk cli error while logging in as agent.

also the error in agent screen while loggin.
