I'm new to vicidial I setup the whole thing using ray solomon's tutorial.
So someone might need to help me out here on what information you guys need from my side to analyze the problem. The basic problem is that I'm unable to hear the "you're the only person in this conference", I believe it's call the meetme conference option.

Any help would be much appreciated

while logging in as agent , are you getting a call in your softphone/ipphone.

post the asterisk cli log , while you are logging in agent.

note: to get into asterisk cli type asterisk -vvvr in linux console using putty ssh access.

Yes i did attend that call.

I don't hear the message.

When i get into the asterisk cli and login this is what i get

And also I would like to add that when I use manual dial method the calls work perfectly but when i switch to RATIO method no calls are being made.

while you making manual call and ratio method ..

When in the CLI calls aren't being made in manual method.
