How can I get more quickly the TRANSFERS?

What code I would need to change to make a more quickly TRANSFER?
The agents always have to click in TRANFER-CONF -> DI or D2 -> DIAL WITH CUSTOMER. And for them these procceses are very long and hard job. Instead, Is it posible to make the same with just one click in the TRANSFER-CONF button?
Please, If you can give me some guide to change the code, that could be very helpful.
