Leads not reached being left as NEW

Seem to be having an issue when leads are being dialed and they are unable to be reached(hit the call timeout window) They are being left as 'NEW' status and not 'NA'. I don't see any errors in the logs. Things go about as usual. No errors spit out.

The only thing I can see that may be causing it is that I have multiple dial strings in my dialplan so that if a carrier kicks it back I try another carrier. Could this lead to this problem? If so is there something I can do to get around it? Below is a sample of my dialplan.

Dialplan Example:
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,n,Dial(${SIPCarrier1}/${EXTEN:1},,tTor)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,n,Dial(${SIPCarrier2}/${EXTEN:1},,tTor)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,n,Hangup

What is your campaign dial timeout and drop seconds set to?

I would also recommend upgrading since the version you are using is 11 months old and a lot of issues have been fixed since then.

Hi, I am having the same issue as above...........leads that are either dialed or attempted to be dialed, they are still being dispositioned as a "NEW" lead instead of some other status, when you go to the lead search results (LEAD ID STATUS VENDOR ID LAST AGENT LIST ID PHONE NAME CITY SECURITY LAST CALL) ......it shows under "Last Call" lets say today's date and time but when you click on the lead ID of the lead nothing shows signifying that the lead was ever attempted or dialed, under CALLS TO THIS LEAD: is blank. We are using ViciBox5.x86_64-5.0.3 .iso and VERSION: 2.8-409a
BUILD: 130809-1410.......my Dial Timeout: is set to 40 and Drop Call Seconds: is set to 30

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What's listed in the carrier log for these calls?
