Disconnected numbers after recycle end up as NEW

Postby graffarid » Thu May 15, 2014 3:12 pm

I'm trying to make ADC work, but for some reason all disconnected numbers come back as NEW after recycle. I've tried to increase the Dial Timeout from 35 sec to 45 sec. Did check to make sure that ADC status in added to the campaign, but still when I look at list statistics, I don't even see ADC listed there at all.

Did you turn on 'enhanced disconnect logging' in system settings?

Thanks for you reply. No, I didn't, it looks like this feature isn't recommended to be used in USA.

I was told that more than 90% of NO Answer calls are disconnected, so I can pretty much assume that No Answer is kind of Disconnected. Is this correct?

That's carrier dependant.
