Code: Select all
exten => _0044XXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _0044XXXXXXXXXX,n,Ringing()
exten => _0044XXXXXXXXXX,n,Dial(SIP/ODC_Test/${EXTEN},30,Tot)
exten => _0044XXXXXXXXXX,n,Hangup()

This isn't the recommended dial plan for a carrier in ViciDIAL. I have the following:

Code: Select all
exten => _944.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _944.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@carrier,,tTor)
exten => _944.,3,Hangup

Note the lack of Ringing(), and the parameters for the Dial() app.

this might happen if you have wrong asterisk version set in ADMIN-SERVERS- asterisk version

if it show 1.4.... change it to 1.8.26.1 and submit
then again clieck Rebuild conf files.

Striker you are a Legend, that was the issue, Why would this happen? Is the an issue that needs to be fixed by developers?

It's a problem with the vicibox installer.

Hopefully this gets fixed in the next release, cant believe issue was so simple, yet took a week to reslove, but I see this as a positive as it made me a bit more wiser

Hello,
I am having the exact same issue on the latest version:

VERSION: 2.10-446a
BUILD: 140625-1931

I have changed the asterisk version and rebuilt the conf file with no avail. Has there been any other solutions of something to look for?
Thanks and best!

Same issue here.

Vicibox
VERSION: 2.10-442a
BUILD: 140612-2153
Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici

I try changing asterisk versiĆ³n en server table but it is not workiing fine.

I can work (call, hang up) but vicidial seems to not detect established and hangup event to show on the agent view.

Regards,

Sebastian

Upgrade to most recent svn/trunk. We have made some recent changes to manual dial logging and detection that should fix these issues.

Almost same issu here.

why does our vicidial agent is "waiting for ring" but we already answered the call and after a moment of time it says timed out and call does not go live
