How to read MTR

Im newbie here.
Can anyone tell me how to read the mtr in asterisk.

Loss% is what you should keep an eye on and what host its related to (and when you start to see dropped packages, change view by pressing d)

The %loss is the most important as Domdan says (high loss will cause the 'robotic voice' you get). However I'd add looking at also the latency (high latency will cause audio delay) and the jitter (high jitter will cause all sorts of problems).
