Waiting for Ring... No Answered call

Postby TieFighter » Tue May 20, 2014 6:30 pm

My setup is:

GoAutoDial 3.3-1393218000 from .iso | VERSION: 2.7-401a BUILD: 130508-2256 | Asterisk 1.4.39.1| Two Servers web/Asterisk/DB + web/Asterisk | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1220 v3 @ 3.10GHz

On manual dial, call is completed (answered), but on agent screen it keeps showing: "Wainting for Ring..." after while, agent receive timeout alert. I even listen audio from call answered, but no LIVE CALL sign on Agent screen.

My trunk is a Elastix machine running Asterisk 11.7.0 with Gateway GSM. On this machine, all calls are working correct. It's in production and will be the PSTN gateway for Vicidial Cluster.

My trunk setup:
On GoAutoDial:
register => LOCALGATEWAY:XXXXX@192.168.1.100:5060/LOCALGATEWAY

[LOCALGATEWAY]
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
type=friend
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=trunkinbound
qualify=yes
insecure=very
nat=yes
host=192.168.1.100
allow=alaw
username=LOCALGATEWAY
secret=XXXXX

On Asterisk 11.7.0:
[LOCALGATEWAY]
disallow=all
secret=XXXXX
dtmfmode=rfc2833
canreinvite=no
context=vicidial
host=dynamic
type=friend
nat=no
port=5060
qualify=yes
allow=alaw,ulaw

Dialplan on GoAutoDial:
exten => _9ZZXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _9ZZXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(${TRUNK}/${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
exten => _9ZZXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup
