All installation and configuration problems and questions

We are getting a lot of dead air calls. Not sure where to start diagnosis on this. I check the Asterisk CLI and it all looks normal. I checked our connection speeds and internet connections and it looks fine as well. Any ideas where to start to look to track it down?

Hello,
You can start by manually calling the numbers with dead air using the same carrier.
