Updating Custom fields gives error

I created custom fields for my list and added a few fields and also used some of the existing fields to create a form for the list.
I uploaded the leads to the list and the custom fields are not being listed in the screen to match the fields in the list.
If I goto edit the custom fields on the list, the fields are shown, but if I try to edit the fields, it gives and error on top of the page ERROR: Table does not exist.
My system: Vicidial VERSION: 2.4-364a BUILD: 120409-1136, Sangoma card installed for making/inbound/outbound calls
Asterisk version: 1.4.39.1-vici.
