When dispo => append dispo along with date to comments

Is there a way to set a dispo (for example: "Left VM"), and then have the date and the dispo appended to whatever was already in the Comments area?

For example, if the lead's comments area had "Spoke with John Doe.", and I proceeded to select the "Left VM" as the dispo, the comments field would then be: "Spoke with John Doe. 6/2/2014 Left VM"

um...why? Just run an SQL query that pulls the info and concatenates the two fields?

Why not just use Per Call Notes? That is what it was created for, you can even display them as a script element using --A--TABLEper_call_notes--B--
