If your firewall offers the option, you should use "triggering" for the 10000-25000 UDP range. That allows multiple servers. If you "port forward", you can only have a single server with audio through the firewall (this affects outbound calls as well). With triggering you still only have one for inbound calls on port 5060, but you still get audio on outbound calls (and you can still use 5061 for a second inbound call port and for a second registration port).
