Calls in queue not being put trhough to agents

HI All,
Version: 2.8b0.5
SVN Version: 2124
DB Schema Version: 1378
1DB 2 Diallers

In all predictive dialling campaigns:
The agent logs in and hears the "you are the only person in this conference"
They click resume
Calls spin up and start dialing.
When a call in answered it enters the queue, but the call never makes it to the agent. It just sits in the queue. The agent can see all the calls in the queue, but the agent cannot grab them because the agent is resumed, not paused.

Does anyone have any idea why vici would do this? This is a test cluster, and has been working for more than a year. I have just re-installed it to the latest SVN and still the same issue.

Please, any advice would be appreciated, this is a silly problem and is probably my fault! :mrgreen:

EDIT: Manual dialing works fine.

Could be any number of issues, try looking at the asterisk screen when this happens and see what the ALL_outbound agi script output looks like.

You did provide the basic requirement, but you left off the installation method and version (.iso name for instance). In this case you also mentioned that you "reinstalled" and were not clear as to whether this was "wipe the machine clean and start over" or "install.pl" over top of the previous installation without an OS reinstall.

If you did reinstall from Vicibox 5.0.3 ... your asterisk version is probably wrong (asterisk -V should agree with Admin->servers->(choose)->asterisk version)

If you inadvertently upgraded, you may have forgotten to upgrade the DB while you were at it.
