Real time Vs Inbound Report

I have around 4 inbound groups and one campaign configured on my vicidial system.

I am facing a issue of Real time report not updating the fields [Calls Today & Dropped/Answered ] properly

On a day at a particular point of time ,below are my observations,

In Real time report

CALLS TODAY: 4971
DROPPED/ANSWERED:966/3212

In Inbound Report

Total Calls taken in this IN-Group : 5658
Answered Calls : 4230
Total Drop Calls : 1407

Around 700 -800 calls difference in total calls offered and answered calls also.
Please give some idea to resolve the issue.

Answered is based on the Human Answered flag in the System Statuses and Campaign Statuses screens per status.
