time-syncing with an ntp server,
if not,what happen?
is it important??

This is especially important in a multi-server configuration. The reason for this is because if time is off between multiple servers the transfers and other standard functions will be delayed by that of the time difference.
Additionally for reporting if you want to be "on the money" you need to be syncing with a time source that pulls time from a valid location. I.E. a timevault or any stratum 1, or 2 source.
