number of calls in Realtime reporting

hi,

good day, i just want to ask, when does the number of calls in realtime reporting will reset to 0,is this the number of calls per agent?.

one of our agent seems to have 48 call but on daily report it shows that she has few calls.

Those are supposed to be reset at the Timeclock End Of Day that is set in Admin -> System Settings.

thank you very much for your reply, is this the number of call for each agent inbound and out bound? how do they reach these number of calls?

Yes, it is inbound and outbound. The numbers come from the vicidial_campaign_agents, vicidial_inbound_group_agents and vicidial_live_inbound_agents tables.

So if it is set to 0000 for the "Time Clock End of Day", does it mean that it ends at 12MN? Or, are they required to login on the "Time Clock Login". Also, what is the time clock login for?

The Timeclock end of day is just a time every day when everything resets. Agents don't have to be logged in to the timeclock for it to work. Yes, 0000 would be 12am server time.

Checking on the report generated on the same agent, it is showing the agent only had 3 outbound calls and 15 inbound calls. Any idea what might be causing this? And will all agents call records be refreshed at 12MN? We really appreciate your take on this.
